OES announces the official registration of a representative office in Shanghai China to increase their presence and expand business into the wire harness market.  The office in Shanghai is staffed by Office Manager/Secretary, Lilian Zhou and Technical Sales Engineer, Xuije (Eugene) Yang, a graduate engineer from the University of Shanghai.
