Congratulations to Kiet Ngo, Manager Research & Development at OES Inc., for his candidacy to the Design Engineer Hall of Fame.

Kiet was nominated by his peers as a candidate to the Product Design & Development magazine’s Design Engineer Hall of Fame, recognizing his innovative developments in Process Variation Monitoring (PVM), but was not selected for final induction. 

Through Kiet, OES has introduced true paradigm shifting technology to the manufacturing industry.  These pioneering technologies put the emphasis on refining and improving the manufacturing process itself, and away from inspecting the finished part, as with traditional methods.  This proactive methodology focuses on preventing errors, rather than detecting them.

Kiet’s innovations have become highly demanded by industry leaders and gained attention for the company in diverse regions of the global marketplace.  OEMs are realizing the significance of OES’s technology, with a select few signing on to deploy their own privately labeled products.
